Controller, data categories, and legal basis

We process only data needed for communication and website operation: name, email address, message content submitted in forms, cookie preference records, and technical logs such as IP address, browser data, and access timestamps. We do not request sensitive personal data and ask users not to submit confidential information in open text fields.
Legal bases under Article 6 GDPR are: consent for optional analytics and marketing cookies; legitimate interest for website security, abuse prevention, and basic service improvement; and legal obligation where retention is required by law. We apply purpose limitation and data minimization, and we do not sell personal data.
Recipients, transfers, retention, and user rights
Data may be processed by hosting, analytics, and technical service providers acting under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are used, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary security measures where needed. We maintain internal access controls and transport encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.
Retention periods: contact submissions are retained for up to 12 months after the latest communication unless a longer period is required by law; security logs are generally retained up to 90 days; consent records are retained for up to 24 months to demonstrate compliance, then refreshed or deleted. Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and may withdraw consent at any time for optional processing.
